Ingredientes
- 1 c. water
- 1 stick butter
- 1 c. flour
- 4 large eggs
- 1 pt. heavy cream
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1 instant vanilla pudding
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoon sugar
Direcciones
- In a saucepan put water and butter, bring to a boil - add in flour all at once, turn till creamy. Close burner, add in one egg at a time (blending).Preheat oven - bake 375 degrees. Grease cookie sheets - drop a tsp of batter about 3 inches apart. Bake 25-30 min. Wait till cool to insert filling.
- Chilled:
- To fill the shells, cut off the top and fill the bottom and cover top with the top.
