Donna's Real Homemade Ravioli

Ingredientes

  • 4 boxes frzn leaf spinach
  • 2 onions, minced
  • 2 (3 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 pound veal, put through grinder 3 times
  • 1 pound pork, put through grinder 3 times (lean meat, no gut)
  • 8 Large eggs
  • 2 tbsp. minced mushrooms
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 to 1 1/2 c. fresh cracker meal (crumbs)

Direcciones

  1. Cook meat in 1 c. of water about 30 min. Cold. Cook spinach, drain and chop fine. While chopping spinach, also chop onions and mushrooms. In a bowl, place all ingredients and mix well. Add in more salt and pepper, if needed. Place in a bowl and cover with piece of wax paper and a cover.
  2. If stiff when using, add in a little water. Any unused stuffing can be frzn. Ravioli can be frzn raw or possibly cooked.
