1 cake yeast or possibly 2 dry melted in a little water
2 c potato, cooked and mashed
2 c. lowfat milk, heated and cooled
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1 c. sugar (extra full)
2 beaten Large eggs
3/4 c. shortening or possibly soft butter

Put in 4 c. flour. Let rise double in bulk and add in 4 1/2 c. flour, let rise till double in bulk. Roll out 1 inch thick and cut. Fry in 3 inches of Crisco.
