Ingredientes

  • 3 Large eggs
  • 3 lemons, juice
  • Grated rind of 2 lemons
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3 tbsp. cornstarch
  • 2 c. boiling water
  • 2 tbsp. butter

Direcciones

  1. Beat Large eggs, add in lemon juice and rind. Add in sugar. Make thickening with cornstarch and a little water, add in to first mix. Add in boiling water. Bring to boil, remove from burner when thick. Add in butter. Makes 1 qt.
  2. Can be cooked in the microwave, stir occasionally, till thick. Remove and cover to prevent a skin forming on the top.
