Receta Doris' Lemon Butter

Ingredientes
- 3 Large eggs
- 3 lemons, juice
- Grated rind of 2 lemons
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 c. boiling water
- 2 tbsp. butter
Direcciones
- Beat Large eggs, add in lemon juice and rind. Add in sugar. Make thickening with cornstarch and a little water, add in to first mix. Add in boiling water. Bring to boil, remove from burner when thick. Add in butter. Makes 1 qt.
- Can be cooked in the microwave, stir occasionally, till thick. Remove and cover to prevent a skin forming on the top.
