- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 t baking powder
- 1/2 t baking soda
- 1/2 t cinnamon
- 1/4 t salt
- 1 1/2 cups mashed bananas (about 4 medium)
- 2 egg whites
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 1/2 cups banana nut crunch cereal
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
