Ingredientes

  • 1 c. elbow macaroni
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1 1/2 c. cubed cooked ham
  • 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 c. soft breadcrumbs
  • 1 c. (4 ounce.) shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. (2 ounce.) shredded Swiss cheese
  • 3 Large eggs, beaten
  • 1 tbsp. dry chopped onion
  • 1 tbsp. minced fresh parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • Paprika

Direcciones

  1. Cook macaroni in a large saucepan according to package directions; drain. Add in butter; stir till melted. Stir in remaining ingredients except paprika. Pour into a lightly greased 2 qt shallow casserole; sprinkle paprika lightly over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 min. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
