Receta Double Cheese Macaroni

Ingredientes
- 1 c. elbow macaroni
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 1/2 c. cubed cooked ham
- 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 c. soft breadcrumbs
- 1 c. (4 ounce.) shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. (2 ounce.) shredded Swiss cheese
- 3 Large eggs, beaten
- 1 tbsp. dry chopped onion
- 1 tbsp. minced fresh parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- Paprika
Direcciones
- Cook macaroni in a large saucepan according to package directions; drain. Add in butter; stir till melted. Stir in remaining ingredients except paprika. Pour into a lightly greased 2 qt shallow casserole; sprinkle paprika lightly over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 min. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
