Double Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredientes

  • 1 3/4 c. flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 c. butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 c. granulated sugar
  • 1/2 c. dark brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 c. unsweetened cocoa
  • 2 tbsp. lowfat milk
  • 1 c. minced pecans or possibly walnuts
  • 1 c. chocolate chips

Direcciones

  1. Combine flour and baking soda. Set aside. Using electric mixer, cream butter and sugars. Add in vanilla; beat till fluffy. Add in Large eggs. At low speed, beat in cocoa, then lowfat milk. With wooden spoon, fold in dry ingredients, just till blended. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts. Drop by rounded tsp. onto non- stick pan or possibly foil-lined pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-13 min. Remove from oven and cold slightly before removing from baking sheets. Makes 3 dozen cookies.
