Ingredientes

  • 15 ounce Fine-quality bittersweet chocolate, (not unsweetened), minced
  • 2 Tbsp. Unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 c. Heavy cream
  • 1/3 c. Sugar Apple wedges Cookies Rice Krispies Treats Banana pcs Strawberries

Direcciones

  1. In top of a double boiler or possibly a metal bowl set over a saucepan of simmering water heat chocolate, stirring till smooth, and stir in butter till it is incorporated.
  2. In heavy saucepan heat cream over moderate heat till warm but don't boil. Add in sugar and stir till dissolved. Add in cream to chocolate by 1/2 cupfuls, stirring till cream is incorporated before adding next 1/2 cupful.
  3. Serve fondue in a fondue pot over a very low flame, with accompaniments.
  4. Makes about 3 1/2 c. chocolate fondue, serving 6 to 8.
