Double Chocolate Grand Marnier Brownies

Ingredientes

  • 2 sqr unsweetened chocolate
  • 2 sqr semisweet chocolate
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1/2 c. Butter
  • 1 c. White sugar
  • 2/3 c. Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 c. Minced pecans (opt)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 2 Tbsp. Grand Marnier ICING
  • 2 sqr semisweet chocolate
  • 2 Tbsp. Light cream (or possibly 2% lowfat milk)
  • 1 Tbsp. Grand Marnier
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1 c. Icing sugar

Direcciones

  1. Brownie: Heat chocolate. Add in sugar, Large eggs, and butter. Mix dry ingredients.
  2. Add in to chocolate mix. Add in vanilla. Place in greased 8 X 8 pan. Bake 25 min at 350. Immediately after baking, brush on Grand Marnier. Cold 1 hour.
  3. Icing: Heat chocolate and butter together. Stir in cream and Grand Marnier.
  4. Add in icing sugar. Spread on cooled brownies.
  5. These are supposed to sit for 24 hrs before eating. (but I have never actually managed this!)
