Ingredientes

  • 1 c. flour
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa
  • 2 tsp baking pwdr
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 c. 1% low-fat lowfat milk
  • 1 tsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp chocolate extract see pantry
  • 2/3 c. semisweet chocolate chips
  • 2/3 c. minced walnuts toasted
  • 3/4 c. light brown sugar
  • 1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa
  • 1 3/4 c. warm water
  • 2 Tbsp. instant coffee
  • 2 Tbsp. kahlua

Direcciones

  1. Called "Thunder" because one bite is a jolt of chocolate. This brownie snack cake is mixed in the pan. Don't overstir; mix to combine and moisten.
  2. Preheat oven to 350F degrees. Combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking pwdr and salt in a 9-inch square baking pan and stir well.
  3. Combine lowfat milk, oil, and the extracts in a bowl add in to the dry ingredients in the pan. Mix till moistened. Add in chocolate chips and walnuts.
  4. Combine brown sugar and 1/4 c. of cocoa. Sprinkle onto cake mix.
  5. Mix coffee, water and kahlua. Pour onto the cake mix: don't stir.
  6. Bake for 40 min. Serve hot with frzn yogurt or possibly ice lowfat milk. And/or possibly serve with raspberry puree and garnish with whole raspberries.
