Ingredientes
1 x 1/2 pounds of pork sausage (up to 1)
1 x Green pepper, minced
2 x Green onions ,minced
2 x Celery stalks, minced (up to 3)
2 c. Chicken bouillon or possibly consomme'
1 c. Raw rice
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp Salt
Direcciones
Crumble sausage into a skillet and brown it. Drain, then add in all the mix, Put a lid on and let simmer at low heat for about 1 hour.
