Ingredientes

  • 1/4 c. Raw pork, shredded
  • 3 Tbsp. Cornstarch
  • 1 Tbsp. White wine vinegar
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Sugar (to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1/4 c. Bamboo shoots, shredded
  • 1/4 c. Wood ears
  • 1/4 c. Mushrooms, sliced
  • 3/4 c. Tofu, diced
  • 1 x Egg, beaten
  • 1 1/2 tsp Sesame oil Oil for frying

Direcciones

  1. Heat oil until quite warm. Add in pork with 1 tsp. cornstarch. Fry till white. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  2. Heat 3 c. water to boiling. Dissolve remaining cornstach in small amount of water.
  3. Add in vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper, bamboo shoots, wood ears, mushrooms and tofu to boiling water. When it returns to a boil, remove from heat.
  4. Add in cornstarch mix. While stirring, pour in beaten egg and sesame oil. Add in pork.
  5. Season to taste.
