Ingredientes

  • 64 x pecan or possibly walnut halves
  • 1 c. cambozola or possibly Gorgonzola cheese
  • 2 x 3-ounce. pkgs. cream cheese
  • 1 tsp fresh-grnd pepper
  • 1 lb dry apricot halves
  • 1/2 c. fresh parsley, chopped fine

Direcciones

  1. Stir nuts in a small frying pan over medium heat till toasted, about 4 min. Pour from pan and cold.
  2. In a small bowl or possibly food processor, beat or possibly process cheeses and pepper. Spread equal amounts of cheese mix on each apricot half.
  3. Press a nut onto cheese. Press cheese-side down into chopped parsley.
  4. Serve cheese-side up on a platter.
