Receta Dried Apricots With Blue Cheese

Ingredientes
- 64 x pecan or possibly walnut halves
- 1 c. cambozola or possibly Gorgonzola cheese
- 2 x 3-ounce. pkgs. cream cheese
- 1 tsp fresh-grnd pepper
- 1 lb dry apricot halves
- 1/2 c. fresh parsley, chopped fine
Direcciones
- Stir nuts in a small frying pan over medium heat till toasted, about 4 min. Pour from pan and cold.
- In a small bowl or possibly food processor, beat or possibly process cheeses and pepper. Spread equal amounts of cheese mix on each apricot half.
- Press a nut onto cheese. Press cheese-side down into chopped parsley.
- Serve cheese-side up on a platter.
