Receta Dried fruit and senna remedy
Dried fruit and senna leaf for natural and gentle relief.
Please note that senna is not recommended for pregnant women, nursing mothers and children under 12 years.
Ingredientes
- 200 g dried prunes without pits
- 200 g dried figs without any hard parts
- 200 g raisins
- 50 - 100g of dried senna leaf *
- 1/2 organic lemon
- 1 tsp aniseed, ground
- Pinch of cinnamon
Direcciones
- Finely chop all ingredients in a blender.
- With moist hands form little balls (use 1/2 tbs as the measure). Wipe and moist hands repeatedly because the mixture is very sticky. The amount should equal approximately 45 scoops.
- Cover them with a paper towel and air-dry for several hours. Store in a refrigerator in a tightly sealed plastic container.
- Take 1 or 2 scoops a day, preferably on an empty stomach in the morning or before bed at night.
