Ingredientes

  • 2 c. Flour
  • 3 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 3/4 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 Tbsp. Shortening

Direcciones

  1. Sift flour, measure, and sift with baking pwdr and salt. Cut in shortening. Add in sufficient lowfat milk to make a drop batter. Drop by spoonfuls into boiling liquid. Cover closely and cook about 10 min. The liquid must be kept boiling during the entire 10 min. Serve at once. 8 servings.
