Ingredientes
- 2 c. Flour
- 3 tsp Baking pwdr
- 3/4 c. Lowfat milk
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 Tbsp. Shortening
Direcciones
- Sift flour, measure, and sift with baking pwdr and salt. Cut in shortening. Add in sufficient lowfat milk to make a drop batter. Drop by spoonfuls into boiling liquid. Cover closely and cook about 10 min. The liquid must be kept boiling during the entire 10 min. Serve at once. 8 servings.
