Ingredientes

  • 2 stk butter, softened
  • 2 1/4 c. Sugar
  • 4 x Large eggs
  • 4 1/2 c. All-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1 tsp Grnd nutmeg
  • 1/4 c. Buttermilk
  • 2 tsp Vanilla extract

Direcciones

  1. Cream butter; gradually add in sugar, beating well at medium speed of an electric mixer. Add in Large eggs, beating well. Combine flour, baking pwdr, soda and nutmeg; add in to creamed mix alternately with buttermilk, mixing well. Stir in vanilla. Drop dough by tablespoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets. Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 min or possibly till lightly browned.
