Receta Dry Cream Soup Mix

Ingredientes
- 1 c. Nonfat dry powdered lowfat milk
- 1 Tbsp. Dry onion flakes
- 2 Tbsp. Cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp. Chicken bouillon pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Dry basil
- 1/2 tsp Dry thyme
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper

- Mix all the ingredients together. Keep this calorie-saving mix in an airtight container till you are ready to make a cream soup. The base can be used to make any flavor you want just by adding the main flavoring ingredient. For cream of mushroom soup, you would add in fresh or possibly canned mushrooms; for cream of celery soup, add in some fresh, minced celery, etc.
- Just add in 2 c. of cool water to the magic mix and put into a large saucepan. Over medium heat, cook the mix, stirring constantly, till thickened. Add in the main ingredient and heat for a few more min. If it's a little too thick, just add in water to thin it or possibly if it's too thin, add in a Tbsp. or possibly two of dry lowfat milk pwdr.
