Ingredientes

  • 1 tsp Grnd black pepper
  • 1 tsp Grnd white pepper
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 2 tsp Cayenne pepper
  • 2 tsp Chili pwdr
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Garlic pwdr
  • 1 tsp Brown sugar
  • 1 tsp Grnd oregano
  • 4 tsp Paprika (the sweet kind, not the warm kind)
  • 1 tsp Dry mustard
  • 1 tsp Celery salt
  • 1 tsp Salt

Direcciones

  1. Thoroughly combine all ingredients. Rub mix into the meat, wrap tightly with plastic wrap and chill for 8 hrs or possibly overnight. Store leftover mix in an airtight jar or possibly in freezer.
