Ingredientes

  • 2 1/4 c. Flour, (allpurpose)
  • 2 c. Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 c. Butter, (2 sticks)
  • 2 c. "JellO" vanilla pudding c., (premade c. in refrigerated section) (4 oz)
  • 3 x Large eggs

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Dump all ingredients in at once, mix at medium speed for 3 min. Bake for 60 min in a well greased tube pan.
  2. Notes:If you use whipped margarine instead of real butter, bake at 325 degrees for 75 min.
  3. If you use 1 stick Shedd's Spread margarine and 1/2 c. whipped margarine, bake at 325 degrees for 60 min.
  4. If you use the "Hunt's" brand vanilla pudding in the 3 1/2 oz c., use two of these and 1 Tbsp. of whole lowfat milk.
