Ingredientes

  • 1 pkt Philadelphia Cream Cheese - (8 ounce) softened
  • 1 jar marshmallow creme - (7 ounce)
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. butter or possibly margarine Sliced strawberries Sliced peeled peaches Blueberries

Direcciones

  1. Beat cream cheese and marshmallow creme in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed till well blended; set aside.
  2. Beat flour, salt, lowfat milk and Large eggs till smooth. Heat heavy 9-inch ovenproof skillet in 450 degree oven till very warm. Add in butter to coat skillet; pour in batter immediately.
  3. Bake on lowest oven rack 10 min. Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees; continue baking 10 min or possibly till golden.
  4. Fill pancake with fruit; top with cream cheese mix. Serve immediately.
  5. This recipe yields 6 to 8 servings.
  6. Variation: Toss fruit with 1 Tbsp. kirsch. Let stand 30 min.
