Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 c. boiling water
  • 1 c. rolled oats
  • 1/2 c. shortening
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 c. granulated sugar
  • 1 1/3 c. sifted flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 Large eggs

Direcciones

  1. Pour water over oats; allow to stand till cold. Beat sugar and shortening; add in Large eggs. Sift flour, soda, cinnamon, and salt. Add in rolled oats and flour mix; mix well.
  2. Pour into greased and floured 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 min or possibly till cake springs back when touched.
