Receta Dutch Oatmeal Cake

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 c. boiling water
- 1 c. rolled oats
- 1/2 c. shortening
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. granulated sugar
- 1 1/3 c. sifted flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 Large eggs
Direcciones
- Pour water over oats; allow to stand till cold. Beat sugar and shortening; add in Large eggs. Sift flour, soda, cinnamon, and salt. Add in rolled oats and flour mix; mix well.
- Pour into greased and floured 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 min or possibly till cake springs back when touched.
