Ingredientes

  • 1/4 c. Flour
  • 3/4 c. Sugar
  • 1 c. Cream or possibly canned evaporated Lowfat milk
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 5 x Fresh pears, peeled & diced Or possibly canned Pears in light syrup
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 9 x In unbaked pie shell

Direcciones

  1. Sift together flour & sugar. Stir in cream & lemon juice. Mix till smooth. Add in pears. Pour into shell. Sprinkle top with sugar & cinnamon. Bake in 400 oven for 45-50 min. Cold till set.
  2. Apples or possibly peaches may be used.
