Receta Dutch Pear Pie

Ingredientes
- 1/4 c. Flour
- 3/4 c. Sugar
- 1 c. Cream or possibly canned evaporated Lowfat milk
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 5 x Fresh pears, peeled & diced Or possibly canned Pears in light syrup
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp. Sugar
- 9 x In unbaked pie shell
Direcciones
- Sift together flour & sugar. Stir in cream & lemon juice. Mix till smooth. Add in pears. Pour into shell. Sprinkle top with sugar & cinnamon. Bake in 400 oven for 45-50 min. Cold till set.
- **Apples or possibly peaches may be used.
