Dutch Stewed Potatoes

Ingredientes

  • 2 c. Potato, raw, diced
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Parsley, chopped
  • 2 tsp Flour
  • 1 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1 dsh Pepper
  • 1 x Onion, sliced

Direcciones

  1. Heat the butter and cook onion in it about 5 min. Add in the salt, pepper, parsley and potatoes and cover with boiling water and cook till tender.
  2. Thicken the potatoes with the flour that has been mixed with a little cool water.
