Receta Dutch Stewed Potatoes

Ingredientes
- 2 c. Potato, raw, diced
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Parsley, chopped
- 2 tsp Flour
- 1 Tbsp. Butter
- 1 dsh Pepper
- 1 x Onion, sliced
Direcciones
- Heat the butter and cook onion in it about 5 min. Add in the salt, pepper, parsley and potatoes and cover with boiling water and cook till tender.
- Thicken the potatoes with the flour that has been mixed with a little cool water.
