Ingredientes

  • 2 x Earl grey tea bags
  • 1 c. Boiling water
  • 3/4 c. Brown sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. Cocoa
  • 3/4 c. Cake flour
  • 2 tsp Cocoa
  • 1 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1 x Egg
  • 1/3 c. Sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. Butter, melted
  • 1/3 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla

Direcciones

  1. Place tea bags in heatproof bowl; pour boiling water over. Let steep 8 minures. Remove and throw away tea bags. Stir in brown sugar and cocoa.
  2. Sift flour with remaining cocoa and baking pwdr in separate bowl.
  3. In large bowl, combine egg with sugar, melted butter, lowfat milk and vanilla.
  4. Stir flour mix into egg mix. Spread in buttered 8-inch square baking dish. Pur tea mix on top.
  5. Bake 25 min in preheated 350F oven. Cold 5 - 10 min. Serve hot.
  6. Makes 8 - 10 servings.
