- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
- Combine all ingredients and mix till blended. Don't overbeat. Pour the batter into 12 nonstick muffin c. and bake for 20 to 25 min. Remove muffins from oven and let cold slightly.
- Remove muffins from pan and let cold completely.
- This recipe yields 12 servings.
