Receta East Indian Chick Pea Ragout

Ingredientes
- 2 x inch fresh ginger, skinned
- 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 4 clv garlic, minced
- 2 tsp cumin
- 8 x coriander seeds, grnd
- 2 Tbsp. turmeric
- 2 can tomatoes
- 2 c. dry chickpeas
- 1 c. plain lowfat yoghurt
- 1/2 c. cilantro, minced
Direcciones
- Chop the ginger into small pcs. Put the extra virgin olive oil to heat in the bottom of the pressure cooker and add in the ginger. Saute/fry for a couple of min. Add in the garlic and the cumin, the grnd coriander seeds and the turmeric. Stir till it is all coated with extra virgin olive oil.
- Add in the canned tomatoes and dry chickpeas. Cover with the lid of the pressure cooker and cook for 20 min.
- Open and stir in the lowfat yoghurt and minced cilantro.
