- Combine first 8 ingredients in a medium bowl; stir well, and set aside.
- Coat a small nonstick skillet with cooking spray; place over medium-high heat till warm. Add in onion, ginger, and garlic; saute/fry till tender. Add in to flour mix, stirring well; make a well in center of mix. Combine yogurt and lowfat milk; add in to dry ingredients, stirring just till dry ingredients are moistened.
- Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls, 2 inches apart, onto baking sheets coated with cooking spray. Bake at 450F for 10 min or possibly till lightly browned.
- Yield: 2 dozen (47 calories each).
