Ingredientes

  • 1 lb Confectioners sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. Water
  • 1 Tbsp. Light corn syrup
  • 1 Tbsp. Butter, softened
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Almond extract
  • 1 pch Cream of tartar
  • 1 1/3 c. Flaked coconut
  • 8 sqr semi-sweet chocolate

Direcciones

  1. Combine sugar, water, corn syrup, butter and vanilla. Add in the salt, almond extract and cream of tartar. This mix will be crumbly. Add in the coconut. Shape into Large eggs (whatever size you want). Heat the chocolate in a double boiler over low heat. Cold alittle and then frost the Large eggs.
