  1. Stir well with SPOON till well mixed, 100 strokes. Peel and slice cored apples to fill a 9 x 13 inch pan 2/3 full, 10+ apples and sprinkle with 2 Tbsp. sugar and 2 tsp. cinnamon. Pour batter over apples.
  2. (Do not forget to sprinkle cinnamon sugar on top.) Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 50 min. COMMENT: I added 1 tsp. vanilla, 1/2 tsp. almond, and healthy pinch of nutmeg to the batter.
