Easy Artichoke Oven Omelet

Ingredientes

  • 3/4 c. Ortega salsa - homestyle recipe (Mild)
  • 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/2 c. coarsely-minced artichoke hearts
  • 2 x green onions finely minced
  • 6 lrg Large eggs
  • 1 c. lowfat sour cream

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 9-inch deep-dish pie plate.
  2. Spread salsa over bottom of prepared pan; sprinkle with cheese, artichoke hearts and green onions. Beat Large eggs and lowfat sour cream in medium bowl till blended; pour over artichoke mix.
  3. Bake for 30 to 40 min or possibly till center is set. Cut into wedges. Season with salt and grnd black pepper.
  4. This recipe yields 6 servings.
