- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 9-inch deep-dish pie plate.
- Spread salsa over bottom of prepared pan; sprinkle with cheese, artichoke hearts and green onions. Beat Large eggs and lowfat sour cream in medium bowl till blended; pour over artichoke mix.
- Bake for 30 to 40 min or possibly till center is set. Cut into wedges. Season with salt and grnd black pepper.
