Receta Easy Artichoke Oven Omelet

Ingredientes
- 3/4 c. Ortega salsa - homestyle recipe (Mild)
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 c. coarsely-minced artichoke hearts
- 2 x green onions finely minced
- 6 lrg Large eggs
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 9-inch deep-dish pie plate.
- Spread salsa over bottom of prepared pan; sprinkle with cheese, artichoke hearts and green onions. Beat Large eggs and lowfat sour cream in medium bowl till blended; pour over artichoke mix.
- Bake for 30 to 40 min or possibly till center is set. Cut into wedges. Season with salt and grnd black pepper.
