Easy Bake Cheddar Potatoes

Ingredientes

  • 4 x Potatoes
  • 1 x Onion
  • 1 can Cream of mushroom soup
  • 4 ounce Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 4 Tbsp. Margarine

Direcciones

  1. Peel potatoes and thinly slice both potatoes and onion either in food processor or possibly by hand. Pour can of condensed soup into an 8 x 8 pyrex baking dish. Layer potatoes and onion directly on top of the soup, dotting with margarine. Bake for 40 min at 350 degrees. Top with grated cheddar and return to oven for another 10 min or possibly till cheese has melted.
