Easy Baked Salmon Fillets

Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 lb salmon fillets cut for serving
  • 2 tsp fresh dill
  • 2 Tbsp. lowfat mayonnaise
  • 2 x lemons juiced salt and black pepper
  • 12 sprg dill weed
  • 3 c. warm cooked rice tossed with
  • 3 Tbsp. sunflower seeds lightly toasted and
  • 3 Tbsp. finely minced onion red or possibly green

Direcciones

  1. Set Oven to 400F.
  2. In a baking dish, arrange fillets with skin side down, don't overlap.
  3. Squeeze the lemon juice over the fillets. Sprinkle with dill and add in salt and pepper. Let stand for fifteen min.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven approximately twelve min for each inch of thickness. Move baking dish to rack near broiler element. Switch over to broil for a few min, till mayonnaise begins to brown.
  5. Serves 4 to 6
