Receta Easy Baked Salmon Fillets

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 lb salmon fillets cut for serving
- 2 tsp fresh dill
- 2 Tbsp. lowfat mayonnaise
- 2 x lemons juiced salt and black pepper
- 12 sprg dill weed
- 3 c. warm cooked rice tossed with
- 3 Tbsp. sunflower seeds lightly toasted and
- 3 Tbsp. finely minced onion red or possibly green
Direcciones
- Set Oven to 400F.
- 2) In a baking dish, arrange fillets with skin side down, don't overlap.
- Squeeze the lemon juice over the fillets. Sprinkle with dill and add in salt and pepper. Let stand for fifteen min.
- 3) Bake in a preheated oven approximately twelve min for each inch of thickness. Move baking dish to rack near broiler element. Switch over to broil for a few min, till mayonnaise begins to brown.
- Serves 4 to 6
