Ingredientes

  • 2 lb Beef steak, cubed
  • 4 med Onions, sliced
  • 1 x Clove garlic
  • 1/4 c. Butter
  • 2 can Beef gravy
  • 1/2 c. Burgundy wine Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 tsp Thymr
  • 1/4 tsp Marjoram
  • 1/4 tsp Oregano
  • 1 can (small) mushrooms

Direcciones

  1. Saute/fry onions and garlic in butter till tender; throw away garlic and remove onions from pan. Brown meat in drippings. Add in gravy, wine and spices. Add in onions and mushrooms. Simmer, covered, 2 hrs, till tender.
