Receta Easy Cajun Chicken

Ingredientes
- 1-1/4 llbs skinless, boneless, chicken breast halves
- 2 tsp Cajun seasoning, (add more if desired)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 (10 1/2 oz) can condensed 98% fat free cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 (4.5 oz) can chopped green chiles
- 1 tsp lime juice
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- Hot cooked rice, (optional)
Direcciones
- Season the chicken with the Cajun seasoning.
- Add the olive oil and heat in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add in the chicken and cook until well browned on both sides.
- Stir in the soup, water, chiles and lime juice into the skillet and heat to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Cook 5 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
- Stir in the sour cream and cook until mixture is hot and bubbling.
- Optional: Serve over hot cooked rice if desired.
