Easy Cheese Potatoes

Ingredientes

  • 2 1/2 pound California or possibly red potatoes
  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 c. whipping cream
  • 1/4 pound sharp cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Pepper

Direcciones

  1. Cook potatoes with skins on till just hard. Chill overnight. Remove skins from potatoes; shred on large holes on grater. Place in 3 qt buttered casserole. Combine remaining ingredients in saucepan. Heat just till cheese melts. Stir till smooth. Don't boil. Pour over potatoes. Don't stir.
  2. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour and 20 min or possibly till golden. Yield: 12 servings.
