Receta Easy Cheese Potatoes

Ingredientes
- 2 1/2 pound California or possibly red potatoes
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1 c. whipping cream
- 1/4 pound sharp cheese, grated
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Pepper
Direcciones
- Cook potatoes with skins on till just hard. Chill overnight. Remove skins from potatoes; shred on large holes on grater. Place in 3 qt buttered casserole. Combine remaining ingredients in saucepan. Heat just till cheese melts. Stir till smooth. Don't boil. Pour over potatoes. Don't stir.
- Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour and 20 min or possibly till golden. Yield: 12 servings.
