  • 2 Large eggs
  • 1 (16 ounce.) can pie filling choice

  1. In a blender, combine cream cheese, Large eggs, and vanilla. Pour into pie shell. Bake in 300-325 degree oven for 20-30 min. Cold. Pour canned filling over it and add in whipped cream topping. Refrigerate2 hrs before serving. Serves 6-8.
