Easy Chicken Pot Pie

Ingredientes

  • Filling:
  • 2 10.75oz. Cans of Cream of Potato Soup
  • 1/2c. Milk
  • 1/4t. GRound Black Pepper
  • 1 bag, or 2c. Frozen Peas and Carrots, thawed
  • 4 sm. cans Chunked Chicken Breat, drained. or 2 1/2c. cooked chicken breast, chunked or shredded.
  • Crust:
  • 1/2c. Milk
  • 1 Egg
  • 1c. All-Purpose Baking mix (i.e. Bisquick)

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350*F.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together all the filling ingrediants. Pour into a 8x8 or 9x9 baking dish.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the crust ingrediants. Pour, as evenly as possible, over top of filling.
  4. Bake for 25-40 minutes, or until crust has turnd a golden brown. Baking times may vary depending on your oven.
