Receta Easy Chicken Pot Pie
Ingredientes
- Filling:
- 2 10.75oz. Cans of Cream of Potato Soup
- 1/2c. Milk
- 1/4t. GRound Black Pepper
- 1 bag, or 2c. Frozen Peas and Carrots, thawed
- 4 sm. cans Chunked Chicken Breat, drained. or 2 1/2c. cooked chicken breast, chunked or shredded.
- Crust:
- 1/2c. Milk
- 1 Egg
- 1c. All-Purpose Baking mix (i.e. Bisquick)
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350*F.
- In a medium bowl, mix together all the filling ingrediants. Pour into a 8x8 or 9x9 baking dish.
- In a small bowl, mix together the crust ingrediants. Pour, as evenly as possible, over top of filling.
- Bake for 25-40 minutes, or until crust has turnd a golden brown. Baking times may vary depending on your oven.
