Easy Coconut Cream Pie

Ingredientes

  • 1/4 c. butter or possibly margarine, melted
  • 3 c. flake coconut
  • 2 2/3 c. cool lowfat milk
  • 1 pkt vanilla instant pudding, (6-serving size)
  • 1 1/2 c. Cold Whip

Direcciones

  1. Combine butter and 2 c. of the coconut. Proportionately press into ungreased 9" pie pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 20 to 30 min, or possibly till golden.
  2. Cold.
  3. Prepare pie filling as directed on package for pie. Pour into pie shell.
  4. Refrigerateat least 1 hour.
  5. Spread with whipped topping and sprinkle with remaining coconut.
