Receta Easy Coconut Cream Pie

Ingredientes
- 1/4 c. butter or possibly margarine, melted
- 3 c. flake coconut
- 2 2/3 c. cool lowfat milk
- 1 pkt vanilla instant pudding, (6-serving size)
- 1 1/2 c. Cold Whip
Direcciones
- Combine butter and 2 c. of the coconut. Proportionately press into ungreased 9" pie pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 20 to 30 min, or possibly till golden.
- Cold.
- Prepare pie filling as directed on package for pie. Pour into pie shell.
- Refrigerateat least 1 hour.
- Spread with whipped topping and sprinkle with remaining coconut.
